Happy Valentine’s Day Urban Athlete

Exercise keeps the heart healthy! The foods we eat help with that as well. Take a week’s challenge, and be sure that every time you eat you are choosing foods that are also good for your heart health, the health of your body and that compliment all your hard exercise efforts.
