Happy July 1st!

It’s July 1st, that means summer is here… A quick reminder that we will run a regular schedule this week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday we will be open for a 9:00am workout only. On Friday we will open at 7:00am, have open gym from 7:00am-9:00am, there will be a regular 9:00am workout, then open gym from 10:00am-12:00pm, there will be no 4:30pm workout on Friday. Saturday and Sunday will be a regular schedule.

It’s tabata day

Complete 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, complete a total of 8 rounds of:
-Squats

Complete as many rounds as possible with good form for 25 minutes, focus on strength.

-5 RDLs
-5/5 Presses
-10/10 Tight Band Rotations
-5/5 Double Racked Lunges
-15 Double Unders
