Start off with a Tabata Interval of your favorite exercise. One of the few times you’ll get to pick part of your own workout!
1a) 5 x 5 Jump Squat
1b) 5 x 5 Goblet Squat
2a) 5 x 5/5 Landmine Press
2b) 5 x 10 Ring Rows
3a) 3 x 10 Partner Band Rows
3b) 3 x 5 RDL
3c) 3 x 10/10 Paloff Press
