Continue the warm up with 10 minutes on the agility ladder.
Complete 4 total rounds. The first round do 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest, the second round do 30 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest, the third round do 50 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest, and on the final round do 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest again.
- Lateral Lunges
- Upper Cuts
- Medicine Ball Partner Passes
- Sling Shots
- Spider Lunge with Rotation
PS – If you’re in need of hostas to fill space in your yard, garden, or hide something, please let me know. I’ll be digging up many, many, many hostas this afternoon and would be happy to give them a new home.
