Fun Friday Workouts…
Leg and Lun Crank – 4 Rounds
- 24 Squats
- 24 Jump Squats
- 24 Alternating Reverse Lunges
- 24 Jumping Lunges
Rest adequately between rounds.
Then complete 4 rounds of…
- 24 Push Ups
- 24 Band Rows
- 24 Jumping Pull Ups
- 24 Mountain Climbers
Rest adequatley between rounds.

I still have flash backs to the first time you posted this thing.
I remember the joy of thinking it was going to be an easy Sat. workout…then the insuing suffering as my legs informed me they don’t roll like that…and finally my jaw hitting the floor when (I think her name was) Kathy mercilessly embarressed my time. I think JCB even called BS & then Pam taped her as she did it again.
Ah…the memories!
Ah Jay… Some of the good old days!
Unlikely crew this AM, nice working out guys/gals. Rumor has it we’ll be having a Mt Airy vs Chestnut Hill workout, so watch out.
Oh and Dylan just walked in for his second workout today…crazy…two-a-days in the last stretch before the weight loss challenge.
