Fun Friday Workouts
Quick change in the schedule for Friday night, there will be no 6:30pm MMA class this Friday night only. Sorry for the late notice. The 6:30pm MMA class will pick up again next week. The 4:00pm class is as scheduled.
Complete 2 Rounds of:
- 5 Pull Ups
- 10 Janda Sit Ups
- 15 Ring Rows
- 20 Box Jumps
- 25 Squat Thrusts
- 30 Vertical Press
