Friday’s Workout

Practice Pistols – Assisted variations if necessary.

5 Pull Ups
10 Double Push Presses
15 Jump Squats

7 Rounds

  1. Tell Ryan I say “Hi”. He looks alot happier now that he is not forced to work out at 9am with me and my friends and listen to us dribble on about our “issues” (“…should I get breast implants? …Jason, is wine fattening?? …who wants to hear about my husband’s vasectomy???”)all the while he was trying to ACTUALLY get a serious work-out in and prepare for his tour overseas. He is such a great guy – we are lucky to have someone like him over there keeping “the world safe for Democracy”. Hope he comes home soon and stays safe. Wonder if he still does the WOD of the day, must be hard with that heavy vest.
