Complete 1 minute of each exercise below. Complete 5 rounds. Take 1 minute of rest between rounds.

Dribbling
Atomic Push Ups
Jump Rope
Agility Ladder Drills

Well..it was a challenging decision but the “instructor of the week” award has to go to Justin. Even though Katie has been doing a rock solid job of flying solo this weekend…Justin, well, brought me food. Katie…it’s tough to compete with almonds.
Oh…trail run tomorrow 9:30 am. Rain or shine…hopefully, mud.
Did you all register for the mud run? I’ve only seen two sign ups come through.
JCB and I are back in town so watch out! We missed you guys!
