For Your Reading Pleasure Team Mac!

These are honest emails that I received this week. I’m a bit suprised myself to be honest…results may vary…

” Dude!  10 lbs in 10 days!”

“I was really worried about quitting grains cold turkey, but it wasn’t bad.  I just made sure I had something good to shove in my face if I got hungry.  I really didn’t get hungry though because I kept to eating every 2-3 hours.

The first couple days I was thinking “I can’t wait for this to be over so I can have a bagel, hoagie, sandwich, Snickers, Cadbury Crème Egg, etc, etc”.  Now, I don’t miss them.  My Easter candy is stuffed in a drawer in the dining room.  I’m really considering starting a little camp fire & burning it all – & recording it.

I don’t know, once you make the break from it all it’s easy to keep running.   It’s only hard until you start to realize the benefits.

Buck up & do it naturally.”

“I just thought i’d let you know that I was 237.5lbs as of last Mon., today I am 229.1 lbs that’s 8.1 lbs with 2 days cycling class, 2 cross fit days & 1 day walk run interval on the treadmill 20min & 30 on the elliptical. I began the full diet with out grains Wed. I really needed that boost because I have been doing cycling 2-3x per week 3 weeks prior & walking in the evenings…not budging from the scale. So I came back just the right time! Thanks again.”
