Fitness & Performance

Since your legs might be a little sore from yesterday…we’re gonna give them a break, somewhat.

Complete 5 rounds of:

  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 5R/5L Renegade Rows
  • 10 Jumping Pull-ups
  • 20 Band Rows

Then complete 5 rounds of:

  • 25 Kettlebell Swings
  • 1 Garage Run

And short video from the open house.
