First Friday Workouts

Reminder that we are open for First Friday open gym workouts from 6:00pm to 8:00pm tonight.  After your workout try a chair massage from The Little Herban Spa.  What a great way to lead into the weekend!

Friday’s Workout:

21 – 15 – 9 reps of…

  • Kettlebell Swings L / R
  • Ring Rows
  • Single Leg Reaches L / R
  • Paloff Presses L / R
  • Mountain Climbers

 

At the end of rounds 21 – 15 – 9 do 150 Jump Rope revolutions OR 20 Double Unders.
