Fat Burning Fridays

Jaosn and Dillon demonstrate the Kettlebell Power Bomb.  If you thought regular old swings were tough, this variation is brutal!  Your swings should be solid in form before trying this variation, and keep the reps low.

 

Friday’s Workout

60 seconds at each movement, 3 rounds

  • Box Jumps
  • Band Rows
  • Kettlebell High Pulls

30 seconds at each movement, 4 rounds

  • Burpees
  • Jump Squats
  • Hand Walk Outs
  • Jumping Lunges
  • Speed Rows
  • Alternating Lateral Lunges
  • Mountain Climbers

Weight Loss Challenge Update:  Quite a few people have weighed in for the weight loss challenge.  Everyone is showing great results!  I will make the brief statement that Team Brown might have a few pounds lead on Team MacElree, but it’s not over until everyone weighs in. 

I do want to send a huge amount of CONGRATULATIONS and applaud to those who exceeded the 10lb mark, you guys and gals (regardless of the team) worked really hard!  I hope you are as proud of yourselves as we are! 

I won’t name the names until I get their approval, but so far 5 people have met or exceeded a 10lb weight loss.
