This Friday night from 6-7 will be Greg’s special 12-Days of Christmas workout for the 3rd year in a row. Immediately afterwards is the Potluck dinner from 7-8:30.
I heard a rumor that Katie and Sensei Sean will be singing some tunes.

- 1C) 10 Pistols- 5R/5L
- 2A) 10 Single-leg hip bridge 5R/5L
- 2B) 10 Jumping Lunges
- 2C) 10 Burpees
