Dumbbell Complexes at Urban Athlete

Dumbbell Complexes
- Dumbbell Clean
- Dumbbell Press
- Dumbbell Push Press
- Dumbbell Front Squat
Perform each exercise on both sides before moving to the next. Complete each round in a time ladder: 30 seconds, 45 seconds, and 60 seconds.
