Deck of cards…

This one could be tough… and fun!

Start with pull ups for skill work, completing several sets of 3-5 with adequate rest between sets.

Deck of cards workout:

Do the number of reps as the card reads, face cards are 10, aces are 12.

Hearts = Sit Throughs
Spades = Jump Squats
Diamonds = Band Upright Rows
Clubs = Swings
