We’re on the agility ladder today so remember to bring your dry sneakers to the gym!
Agility Ladder
50 seconds on / 10 seconds off for 3 rounds of:
-Deep In and Outs
-Band Upright Rows
-Single Arm Press (switch half way)
Then 30 seconds on /10 seconds off for 4 rounds of:
-Single Leg Deadlift Left
-Single Leg Deadlift Right
-Plank
