Child’s Play
There’s been a lot of talk lately about playing being just as good a form of exercise than actually working out, even for adults. While I don’t agree that playing can take the place of certain types of workouts I do believe that playing is far better than watching TV, surfing the internet, and even better than Wii Fit. Let’s take the kids outside and run around a bit.

- 100 Jump Rope Revolutions
- Skip the Garage Length
- 20 Box Jumps
- Bear Crawl – 4 Gym Lengths
2 Rounds…
- 20 Inch Worms
- Block Run
