Medicine Ball Cleans

Practice med ball cleans for 10-12 minutes.

Then move onto…

  1. 5  Pull-ups
  2. 10 Atomic Push-ups
  3. 15 Ring Rows
  4. 20 Jumping Lunges

5 Rounds.
