Burpees & Burgers & Tabata Oh My!
Today is the long awaited day for burpees (or so I’d like to think it is!) We’ll be kicking the first round of burpees off at 6:30 tonight. There are still a few time slots open, during the second half of the night. Live music, food, and face-painting for the kids. Please feel free to BYOB your beverage of choice for the evening.

Friday’s July 1st Workout
Start off with Tabata Squats…Bottom to Bottom if you so desire!
Tabata intervals of:
- Jump Rope
- Band Rows
- Battling Ropes
- Medicine Ball Agility Ring Drills
Finish up with 4 rounds of:
- 3 Pull Ups
- 60 second planks
