Burpees and Burgers is here…Burpees for JDRF
We’ve reached the much anticipated day of the day year! Well, perhaps not for everyone since it involves doing as many burpees as you can in a five minute time period, but it’s one of my favorite days of the year at Urban Athlete. Thank you in advance to everyone who is able to support this event and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, it means a great deal to me.
