Burpees and Burgers and 5Ks…

Thank you to everyone who was able to stop by Avenida yesterday for the kick off to our fundraising efforts for JDRF. By the end of the night between tips and sales, You generated $970!! Thank you, and I’d also like to say thank you to Kim and Edgar at Avenida for being so gracious.

That being said we have a short 36 days until Burpees & Burgers…I hope you are gearing up and getting ready!

Friday, July 26th – 5:30pm until all the burpees are complete.

This year our fundraising efforts will go directly toward our 5K team in October. You can also register early for this 5K as well as the walk by going here:


More details to follow, pledge sheets for burpees will be at the gym soon!

Thursday’s Workout

Complete 4 rounds of:

-500m Row
-10 Push Ups
-10/10 Lateral Step Ups
-20/20 Tight Band Rotations
-5/5 Single Arm Thrusters
