Boxing & BJJ in Mt. Airy Philadelphia

Have you ever tried a boxing class?  How about a BJJ (BrazilianJiu-Jitsu) class?

Both martial arts or combat sports are excellent for increasing your fitness level, losing unwanted bodyfat, increasing flexibility and decreasing stress. Honestly, decreasing stress may be the biggest benefit of training in boxing or BJJ. And not to mention both classes are extremely fun and the fun factor is huge when keeping consistent and engaged.

You’ll feel incredible after a few rounds on the heavy bag or on the mat. Our boxing & BJJ classes are taught by Tim Hart of Gracie 360 and are non-competitve, no meatheads allowed type of atmosphere.

Here’s a little tip from Tim.

If you’re interested in trying out a Boxing or BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) class at Urban Athlete here’s a bit more info.
