Friday’s training
Let’s get back to some strength training.
1A) 4 x 20 Overhead Walking Lunges- 10 steps per leg.
1B) 4 x 10 Goblet Squats
1C) 4 x 10 Spider Lunge w/ rotation- 5 reps per leg
2A) 5 x 5 Pull-ups- add weight when/if possible
2B) 5 x 5 Half Turkish get-ups- 5 reps per side
2B) 5 x 10 DB See-Saw Presses
Finish with 2 block runs.
