Best Wishes Katie!

We’d like to wish Katie the best of wishes as she moves from one chapter in her life to the next. Although Katie will no longer be working at Urban Athlete, she will remain a part of our close community of extended family. Let’s wish her luck as she strives to reach to the next level with her graduate studies, please join us this Final-ly Friday for some additional workouts and gathering to wish Katie on her way from 5:30pm – 7:30pm.

Tuesday’s Workout:

1a) RDL 5 x 3
1b) Full Contact Twists 5 x 5/5

2a) Pull Ups 3 x 5 – 8
2b) KB Swings 3 x 12

3a) Straight Leg Raises 3 x 8
3b) Super Planks 3 x 8/8
3c) Renegade Rows 3 x 5/5

Add in Garage Runs at your own will.

    Now that Kate is no longer a UA instructor, I remain as the only one she can boss around. I am looking forward to Amanda, Pamela, Dillon, Ryan, and Andy correcting Kate’s plank position, reminding her to squat to 90 degrees, and teasing her for lifting small weights.

    And remember Kate was being “nice” before when she was an instructor. The gloves are off . . .

    What will you all do without her shining face on Monday and Tuesday mornings at 6AM?
