Before It Gets Too Hot!
That’s right before the heat hits us again, we’ll take advantage of the nice weather and get in some quick running, so bring your sneakers!!
1) 5 x 1 – 40yard Sprints

Then Complete 4 Rounds:
- 10 Box Jumps
- 15 Ring Rows
- 10 Hanging Knee Raises
- 15 Kettlebell Swings
- Block Run

Remember that Burpees & Burgers is tomorrow night, Friday, July 1st. Get pledges, do burpees, eat burgers (veggie ones too), listen to music, get participant gift bag, buy raffle tickets, get your face painted, and enjoy Mt. Airy for first friday.
