16 Weighted Step-ups 8R/8L
16 Kettlebell Swings
16 Stability Ball Leg Curls
4 rounds of:
10 DB See-saw presses (10 total)
10 Pull-ups
10 Dips
20 Band Rows

Wow:) i think we should find a way to combine burpees, wall ball AND threaded lunges and call it a day:)
I like the twisting burpees, lets do them with the weight vest on!
