Back to the Grind
We hope that everyone had a safe and relaxing Memorial Day weekend. Thank you to those who were able to stop by and workout and hang out on Final-ly Friday. Both Friday night and Monday morning we were doing our workouts outside, the fresh air was great!

Tuesday’s Workout
Complete each exercise for 60 seconds, rest 15 seconds between exercises. Complete a total of 4 rounds of:
-Rowing
-Burpees
-Racked Reverse Lunges
-Speed Rows
-Sling Shots
-T-Rotations
