Back in the Swing of Things

Always thinking about what to do with those bouncy balls, aka…stability balls?  Try this stability ball ab workout next time you’re at the gym: stability ball exchanges, knees tucks, and stability ball planks.



Monday morning workout: Complete a total of 4 rounds, 45 seconds on / 15 seconds off.  Complete all 4 rounds of one exercise before moving on the the next exercise.

  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Power Ropes
  • Tight Band Rotations
  • Weighted Reverse Lunges
  • High Knees Running
  • Super Planks
