Monday morning workout: Complete a total of 4 rounds, 45 seconds on / 15 seconds off. Complete all 4 rounds of one exercise before moving on the the next exercise.
- Kettlebell Swings
- Power Ropes
- Tight Band Rotations
- Weighted Reverse Lunges
- High Knees Running
- Super Planks
