You’ve had a great long weekend, so let’s hit this week nice and hard.

1a) Kettlebell Swings 5 x 25

1b) Pull Ups 5 x 5

2a) Hurdle Jumps 4 x 10

2b) Garage Sprint 4 x 1

3a) Full Contact Twists 3 x 12

3b) Band Rotations 3 x 12/12

3c) Paloff Presses 3 x 12/12
