Another Tabata Thursday

Since last week’s Tabata Thursday was such a hit I’ve decided to revisit Tabatas again this week.

Stay on the same exercise for 4 minutes….20 sceonds on, 10 off.

Jumping Lunge/Jump Squat Combo (These are much worse than just jumping lunges)

DB Push Presses

Jumping Pull-ups

Power Ropes

MB shuffles
