Agility and Strength

Schedule Updates:
-Startng Saturday, March 10th (next Saturday) we will add 10:00am classes to the Saturday schedule.
-The 6 week Tough Mudder training course starts Saturday, March 17th, please pre-register for this training course by calling 215-248-2130.

Tuesday Workout

1) Agility Ladder Drills

2a) 5 x 5/5 Bent Over Rows
2b) 5 x 5 RDL

3a) 5 x 3/3 Push Presses
3b) 5 x 3/3 Front Squats
