Our Mission at Urban Athlete is to give our members a different type of workout. Our training classes and sessions use a mix of old school training methods along with the latest functional strength training principles that help individuals who train with us greatly improve their fitness in addition to building confidence and discipline.
Urban Athlete is an independent, member-oriented, semi-private training facility staffed with professional and experienced fitness and performance coaches, who reconize members by name.
A fully equipped gym, unique training style and a friendly, supportive community make Urban Athlete the type of place that makes one actually look forward to their fitness or performance training.

Group Training – Urban Athlete offers a variety of large group training sessions, including; Urban Athletics, Kettlebell specific workouts, TRX Suspension Training, Boxing Conditioning, Yoga, Kids Fitness & Kids Jiu-Jitsu. Personal Training – If the large group setting isn’t for you or if you just want a little more individualized attention to work on very specific goals, our personal training is just what you are looking for. Working with one coach and 1-2 other personal training clients at the same time, you get both your individualized training program and the encouragement and accountability of working out with other people at the same time.
