A Sweet Little Medley

Perform each movement for 60 seconds.  Take a 30 second rest between each round.  Complete 5 rounds.

  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Snatches – Left
  • Snatches – Right
  • Knees to Elbows or Hanging Leg Raises
  • Band Rows
  • MB Bear Hug Squats

Finish with Tabata Planks
