A Special Thank You
Just wanted to extend a special thank you to all those who were able to make the the JDRF walk on Sunday, as well as to those who made it to the charity Hooverball workout the past weekend, and also those who were able to donate and raise awareness for the cause. I am very grateful and appreciative of your efforts.

- 15 SB Leg Curls
- 15 SB Hip Bridges
- 15 SB Exchanges
- 10/10 Hip Lifts
