Thursday’s Workout

Please have patience with us as we transition to our new site.  The workouts will now be post here.  Keep looking around as things will change.  Feel free to ask if you aren’t sure.

Thursday’s Workout

  • Step Ups w/ a Hop (30sec/30sec)
  • Renegade Rows w/ a Push Up
  • Single Leg Reaches
  • Push Presses (30sec/30sec)

Perform each movement for 60 seconds.  Complete 5 Rounds.  Rest 60 seconds between each round.

  • Hip Bridges
  • Side Plank L/R
  • Elbow Plank

Perform each movement for 45 seconds.  Complete 4 Rounds.  Rest 45 seconds between each round.

 

Those who are in for KB Hell, the workout is as follows and starts at 8:00pm.  All movements are performed with a kettlebell.

  • KB Complex – Clean, Press, Turkish Get Up, Front Squat – 10 reps, alternating sides each rep.
  • KB Swings – Any variation swing – 50 reps

Complete 5 Rounds.  Rest as needed.
