- Step Ups w/ a Hop (30sec/30sec)
- Renegade Rows w/ a Push Up
- Single Leg Reaches
- Push Presses (30sec/30sec)
Perform each movement for 60 seconds. Complete 5 Rounds. Rest 60 seconds between each round.
- Hip Bridges
- Side Plank L/R
- Elbow Plank
Perform each movement for 45 seconds. Complete 4 Rounds. Rest 45 seconds between each round.
Those who are in for KB Hell, the workout is as follows and starts at 8:00pm. All movements are performed with a kettlebell.
- KB Complex – Clean, Press, Turkish Get Up, Front Squat – 10 reps, alternating sides each rep.
- KB Swings – Any variation swing – 50 reps
Complete 5 Rounds. Rest as needed.
