5k – Race Day

Well the weather was cold and gloomy, and a part of me thought we’d be swept away in wind gusts that reminded me of the Wizard of Oz, but nevertheless the rain broke, the wind died down a little, and we had a very successful race.  It was fun too!!

1b) Goblet Squat 5 x 6

2a) Press 3, Push Press 6 R/L

2b) Push Ups 9

Complete 5 sets of 2a and 2b.
