5 Rounds…
Complete each movement for 1 minute, transition to the next movement without rest. Take 1 minute rest between rounds, complete 5 rounds.
- Agility Ladder Drills
- Double Push Presses
- Band Rows
- Squat Thrusts
- DB High Pulls (30sec left/30sec right)
