30/30 Strength Work

4 rounds of the following 5 movements.  Complete a total of 4 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next.  On the weighted movements, increase the weight each round.

  • Double Cleans
  • Racked Step Ups
  • Plank Reaches
  • Deadlift
  • Dips pr Ring Supports
