More Rain on Training Days
I’d like to get some longer runs in this week but Mother Nature won’t allow.
- Kettlebell Deadlift 5R/5L
- Spider Lunges 10R/10L (Active Rest)
- 20 Kettlebell Swings
5 Rounds.
- 5R/5L DB See-Saw Press
- 5 Dips
- 10 Walk-Over Push-ups
5 Rounds.
P.S. Rings will be up soon. I miss them more everyday.
