More Rain on Training Days

I’d like to get some longer runs in this week but Mother Nature won’t allow.

  • Kettlebell Deadlift 5R/5L
  • Spider Lunges 10R/10L (Active Rest)
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings

5 Rounds.

  • 5R/5L DB See-Saw Press
  • 5 Dips
  • 10 Walk-Over Push-ups

5 Rounds.

P.S. Rings will be up soon. I miss them more everyday.
