24 Day Melt Down…Begins Monday!

Enjoy the Halloween weekend and festivities.  The 24 Day Melt Down starts, this Monday, November 1st.  Please weigh in, get a waist measurement, and body fat measurement at the gym.  Do not eat 2 hours prior to weigh ins.  The meal plan and specifics will be available for you to pick up at the gym after you weigh in.

Friday’s Workout:

Time Ladder: Round 1 – 30 seconds, Round 2 – 45 seconds, Round 3 – 60 seconds, Round 4 – 45 seconds, Round 5 – 30 seconds:

  • Scapular Pull Ups
  • Good Mornings
  • Sit Ups
  • Renegade Rows
  • MB Thrusters
