Enjoy the Halloween weekend and festivities. The 24 Day Melt Down starts, this Monday, November 1st. Please weigh in, get a waist measurement, and body fat measurement at the gym. Do not eat 2 hours prior to weigh ins. The meal plan and specifics will be available for you to pick up at the gym after you weigh in.
