Core Conditioning

Yesterday was pretty tough…atleast thats’ what Mara and Cynthia told me. We’ll keep it a lil’ calmer today.

  • Lateral Cone Jumps 20
  • Hanging Knee Raised 20
  • Pledge Push-up 5R/5L
  • Single Leg Reaches 10R/10L
  • Sit-ups 20
  • T-Push-up 5R/5L
  • Lateral Lunges 10R/10L
  • SB Exchanges 20
  • Eleavated Push-ups 5R/5L

    Mara was totally calm throughout. I din’t hear a peep but who could hear anything over all of the guys belly aching
