Core Conditioning
Yesterday was pretty tough…atleast thats’ what Mara and Cynthia told me. We’ll keep it a lil’ calmer today.
- Lateral Cone Jumps 20
- Hanging Knee Raised 20
- Pledge Push-up 5R/5L
- Single Leg Reaches 10R/10L
- Sit-ups 20
- T-Push-up 5R/5L
- Lateral Lunges 10R/10L
- SB Exchanges 20
- Eleavated Push-ups 5R/5L

Mara was totally calm throughout. I din’t hear a peep but who could hear anything over all of the guys belly aching
