  • Bulgarian Split Squat 10R/10L
  • Stability Ball Hip Bridge 20

  • 30 Sit-ups
  • 15 Stability Ball Exchanges ( I can see Damien and Sam laughing from here.)
  • 5 Walk-out Push-ups

4 Rounds.
